Please include your account email and payment date in your request.

Survbot sells survey completion allowances. No physical goods are shipped.

Because there are no physical items, return shipping and physical return steps do not apply.

If you see an accidental or duplicate charge, email support within 14 days.

Unused purchased survey places from that charge can be refunded to the original payment method.

Survey places already used are not refundable, except where required by law.

If a card dispute is opened, we will review account and payment records and reply through email.

Survey allowances are prepaid. There is no recurring subscription to cancel.

You can stop future charges at any time by not starting a new allowance checkout.

You may not use Survbot in any way that breaks export, sanctions, or trade laws that apply to you.

Service access may be limited in restricted regions or for prohibited end uses.

The first participant answer reserves a place until the survey finishing window closes. Only submission consumes it as a completed survey. Saved unfinished answers remain in the report.

Returning in the same browser to the same link resumes that response. Starting another response counts separately, even with the same email address.

Private creator preview is unlimited. Shared tests use their separate allowance before launch and are excluded from live reports. Turning a test link off or editing a bot does not reset that allowance.

Recipients are emailed at 80%, 100%, and 120% of the purchased completion allowance. No automatic extra charge is made when places run out.

Standard price is EUR 2 per completed survey: 30 completions cost EUR 60. A 20% live buffer and a separate 20% shared test allowance are included.

Promo offers are optional and may have start dates, end dates, and account limits.

Unless a promo says otherwise, promotional allowances cannot be exchanged for cash.

Only one promo offer can be used per purchase unless the promo terms clearly allow stacking.
